at ALERt LEvel 3

At Alert Level 3, our clinic will ONLY be providing urgent or emergency dental care.

Because of the high transmissibility of the Delta strain, please phone (09) 443 7007 to discuss your treatment needs with us, you will be triaged over the phone, keeping in mind that under alert level 3 we, as a community, should minimise movement to slow the spread of the COVID virus.

Our staff are now taking weekly surveillance COVID tests to ensure that we are keeping our community safe.
​
Once your appointment has been made please ensure you, or those around you, have not had any fever, coughing, shortness of breath in the past 14 days.
​
Upon arrival to your appointment:
1. Please wait in your car and wave to our receptionist, our staff will come out to measure your forehead temperature. If this measures at 37.5 degrees celcius, or above, our dentist will come out to discuss treatment options with you.
2. We will then provide you with a mask, if you don't already have one, and ask you to continue to wait in the car until your dentist brings you in.
3. Our dentist and clinical staff will be in full personal protective equiptment (PPE).
4. Hand sanitisers are provided for you to use on site.
